Online Video Conferencing Is Just One More Simple Tool for Communicating

• 00:37 They're not necessarily harder, they're just a little bit different.
• 00:41 Speaking on an online meeting is a little bit different, but it's not harder.
• 00:47 You just have to learn the basics, and
• 00:50 realize you're perfectly fine doing it as you are.
• 00:53 You don't need plastic surgery.
• 00:55 You don't have to be beautiful, or thinner, or anything else.

• 01:16 The technology is simple, it's plentiful, that part is easy.
• 01:21 The hard part for most of us is up here, telling ourselves I'm not a TV person.

• 01:27 I'm a behind the scenes person, nonsense.
• 01:30 If you have to have a face to face meeting with someone in your office,

• 01:39 hide behind a chair and say, well, what we do.

• 01:47 That's really all this is too.
• 01:49 So, I want to start stripping away this sense that you might have,
• 01:54 that this is a completely different arena, or
• 01:57 that it requires radically different skill sets from ones you've previously used.

• 02:08 There's no one perfect size, fit, look, for
• 02:11 being the star of a video conference meeting.
