• 00:04 All right, so congratulations, you made it to the end of the course.
• 00:07 So that is Tableau in a nutshell.
• 00:09 We went through some stuff very quickly, but I think you'll agree Tableau is really
• 00:12 not that difficult once you really kind of get in there and start playing with it.
• 00:16 It falls right into place and things become very intuitive.
• 00:20 And you could do some really nice stuff very, very quickly just by dragging and
• 00:24 dropping a few things here and there.
• 00:26 And all of a sudden boom, we've got a really professional looking visualization.
• 00:30 So, we started out by looking at simple visualizations,
• 00:33 dragging pills into the columns and rows here, changing colors and
• 00:38 details and tool tips sizes and labels and all the good things.
• 00:42 We looked at all of the different charts and graphs that you can use just as easy
• 00:46 as clicking on them and starting to use them, very cool.
• 00:49 We created some dashboards and we went through a bunch of different dashboards.
• 00:53 I think maybe this is my favorite one.
• 00:54 We've got a little logo up here, we've got some images, we got some nice white space.
• 00:58 It's sort of easier on the eyes to pick out different sections of the dashboard.
• 01:04 And then finally, we ended up with stories.
• 01:08 And stories are sort of like PowerPoint presentations, a way to take everything
• 01:11 you've created and put it together in one nice little presentation form.
• 01:14 That you can then project on a big screen or a big TV or whatever you need to do,
• 01:19 and really very cool.
• 01:20 So obviously there is a lot more to learn with Tableau.
• 01:23 You can get very, very detailed into all of these things, but
• 01:26 I think we've got a very solid foundation with this course.
• 01:30 And even if you don't learn anything else after this, you can already
• 01:33 create some really professional looking visualizations very very quickly,
• 01:36 which is why we all love Tableau.
