- 00:09 We've covered so much over the last six sections, so before we wrap up,
- 00:14 let's just do a little recap so we can really assess how far we've come.
- 00:19 In the first section, we spoke about Microsoft 365, the different plans
- 00:23 available and how it differs from the desktop version of the software.
- 00:28 We saw where to go to purchase a subscription and how to set up a sandbox
- 00:33 so that we can work through this course without affecting our live data.
- 00:38 In Section 2, we started to delve deeper into the different parts of Microsoft 365,
- 00:43 with a particular focus on collaboration and
- 00:46 how all the applications work together.
- 00:49 We explored creating Microsoft 365 Groups in Outlook.
- 00:53 We explored SharePoint, Yammer, Planner, Lists, OneNote, and Forms.
- 00:59 We saw how we can use Microsoft 365 Groups to manage mail and
- 01:03 shared calendars and how we can use Microsoft Teams for audio and video calls.
- 01:09 In Section 3, we took a look at one of the most fundamental aspects of
- 01:13 working with files in Microsoft 365, file storage and sharing.
- 01:18 We thoroughly explored OneDrive and
- 01:20 learnt how we can save our files up into the cloud.
- 01:23 We saw how we can synchronize our OneDrive folders to make them easily accessible
- 01:27 from our PC.
- 01:28 And we also took a look at the different file libraries and
- 01:32 how they all interact together.
- 01:34 Next up was Section 4.
- 01:37 In this section,
- 01:37 we learnt how to work with the online versions of the Office applications.
- 01:41 We saw how we can collaborate in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and
- 01:46 how we can use co-authoring to work with our team members on files in real-time.
- 01:51 We also saw how we can add comments and
- 01:53 markup our documents utilizing track changes.
- 01:57 In Section 5, we brought all of that knowledge together in Microsoft Teams,
- 02:02 our online collaboration hub.
- 02:03 We learnt how to add additional cloud storage, and how to add documents,
- 02:08 SharePoint sites, Yammer communities,
- 02:11 Microsoft Lists as tabs in a Team's channel.
- 02:14 We explored using Excel and PowerPoint Live when we're in a Team's meeting and
- 02:19 how to brainstorm ideas with co-workers using the whiteboard app.
- 02:24 And in the final section, we took a look at Microsoft Loop.
- 02:28 I showed you how to use Loop and Loop components.
- 02:32 So as you can see, we've come so far since the beginning of this course,
- 02:36 and my hope is that you feel this course has been worthwhile and useful.
