- 00:04 A huge congratulations everybody for making it all the way to the end
- 00:08 of this Copilot for Microsoft 365 applications course.
- 00:12 I hope you've enjoyed running through the course as much as I've
- 00:15 enjoyed hosting it for you.
- 00:16 And think about how far we've come since the very first lesson.
- 00:21 If you came into this course, knowing nothing whatsoever about Copilot,
- 00:25 I hope you leave this course with a much greater understanding, and
- 00:29 an enthusiasm to implement Copilot in your day-to-day work.
- 00:33 Of course, at this stage, it is very early on in the Copilot journey.
- 00:37 So any frustrations that you have with the product such as slowness and
- 00:41 lack of functionality, will quickly evolve over time.
- 00:44 So it's great that you're jumping on this now and
- 00:47 being amongst the first wave of people to really truly understand how Copilot works.
- 00:52 We saw how we can use it to analyze data, add conditional formatting,
- 00:57 highlight cells, and create pivot tables and pivot charts in Excel.
- 01:01 We used it in Word to draft documents and create documents from other documents.
- 01:07 And we created presentations in PowerPoint from scratch using our
- 01:12 own company branded templates and also importing other files in.
- 01:17 And we saw how we can use it in conjunction with designer,
- 01:20 another AI tool in PowerPoint to take our presentations to the next level.
- 01:25 We then moved into looking at Outlook and
- 01:28 how Copilot can help us draft meaningful emails, and also considered replies.
- 01:34 So, no more sending angry emails to your manager.
- 01:37 Copilot is going to stop that.
- 01:39 We saw how we can adjust the tone, change the length, change the wording,
- 01:44 and also summarize long email conversations.
- 01:47 We saw how Copilot works in Teams and the way that we can use it to get
- 01:51 information and interrogate meeting transcripts so
- 01:55 that we can ask questions, create meeting notes, and recap meetings.
- 02:00 We saw Copilot in OneNote in action,
- 02:03 allowing us to quickly create notes based off of prompt templates.
- 02:08 And finally, we saw how we can utilize Copilot in Microsoft Loop, and
- 02:12 how quick and easy it is to create Loop components and
- 02:16 reuse them across all of the Microsoft 365 applications.
- 02:20 So hopefully you agree that we have covered so much in this course.
- 02:24 As I said, this is an application that is evolving very quickly.
- 02:28 So keeping on top of any updates is going to be key.
- 02:31 But for the time being, you're done here.
- 02:34 Once again, my name is Deborah Ashby.
- 02:36 I hope you enjoyed the course and I will see you next time.
