Use the Quick Analysis tool to create charts and visualizations efficiently.
When to use
We use the Quick Analysis (Analyze Data) button when we want to be able to select our data and quickly create any visualization.
Instructions
The Quick Analysis tool in Excel is a feature designed to help users quickly analyze and visualize their data without extensive manual formatting or calculations.
It is located at the bottom-right corner of a selected data range after you've highlighted your data. This tool provides a quick way to access various data analysis tools, formatting options, and chart types based on the type of data selected.
Create a Chart with Quick Analysis
- Select the data.
- Click the Quick Analysis tag at the bottom.
- Choose a category and a visualization.
- Format the visualization as required.
Hints & tips
- We can use the keyboard shortcut CTRL+Q to access Quick Analysis.
