- 00:05 Just like we've seen with other applications within Google Drive,
- 00:09 we can add additional functionality, additional features by using add-ons.
- 00:14 In order to find and add additional add-ons,
- 00:18 we wanna select the three dots here and then select Add-ons.
- 00:23 This will bring up the Add-ons menu for Google Forms.
- 00:27 And as we've seen before, we can browse through the different options,
- 00:30 the different third-party apps which are available to us.
- 00:34 We can read a description.
- 00:36 We can take a look at the reviews and we can select the free button or
- 00:40 perhaps there may be a charge for you to install that particular add-on.
- 00:45 I've already gone ahead and installed an add-on here and once you have at least
- 00:49 one add-on, you will see this puzzle piece at the top of your menu.
- 00:53 I'm gonna select this and I'm gonna select my Add-on formLimiter.
- 00:59 In this case, I can choose to set a limit and
- 01:02 I can start to work with this third party app.
- 01:05 This particular add-on will allow me to limit how many entries I receive.
- 01:11 I can either set an end date and time or
- 01:14 I can set a maximum number of form responses.
- 01:17 I'm gonna try the second one here, so I'm gonna stop accepting responses after,
- 01:22 let's say after 100 responses.
- 01:25 And then I can customize my messaging down here below if I like.
- 01:29 I'm gonna select save and enable.
- 01:33 And now, I will no longer receive more entries or
- 01:38 more responses once I have hit that goal.
- 01:41 So, you can browse and take a look at the different add-ons here within Google forms
- 01:46 to see if there are special features or
- 01:48 perhaps, added functionality that you would like to add to your forms.
