Quick reference
Change a Forms Theme
Select and modify the theme of a form.
When to use
We change the theme of the form whenever we want to use different colors, add images, or use our own custom background to make the form more relevant and interesting.
Instructions
Change a Forms Theme
- Click the Style button.
- Apply any style of your choosing from the preset gallery.
AI is used to present themes that match the context of our form.
If these are too fussy, we can simply use a solid fill color as the background.
We can add background music to our form to make it more fun, although some people might find this annoying and distracting so proceed with caution.
Background Music
- Toggle on the Background music slider.
- Select a piece of music from the list.
Custom Color
We can use a custom color or a background image or video of our own choosing.
- Click the plus (+).
- Click the bucket icon.
From here we can type in the Hex # code to use a specific color.
Custom Image
- Download the image 'Candles3.jpg' from the course files folder.
- Click the image icon.
- Click Upload.
- Navigate to the folder where you have the image stored.
- Select 'Candles3.jpg' and click Open.
Use Templates
It's worth noting that when we create a form, we could choose to use a preset template. These templates contain images and their own styling so this is another way to change the theme of your form.
