Congratulations everyone for making it to the end of this course. We've come a long way so lets do a final recap of the skills we have learnt.
Section 1: Introduction
We learnt why SharePoint is important and how it can be a useful replacement for less efficient file storage and information sharing applications. We also created a practice site using the team site template for use in this course.
Section 2: Getting Started with SharePoint Online
In this section we learnt how to access SharePoint via a direct link to a site and via the Microsoft 365 portal. We took a tour of the interface and learnt SharePoint terminology.
Section 3: Lists
We looked at the importance of lists in SharePoint and the types of list we can create using templates and from scratch. We learnt how to modify and create our own lists and import list data from Excel.
Section 4: Libraries
In this section looked at the templates available to create libraries in SharePoint. We created a document library and explored different methods for uploading documents. We also saw how to create Word, Excel and PowerPoint files from directly within a SharePoint document library using Microsoft 365 online applications.
Section 5: Integration with other applications
We saw how to connect SharePoint to Outlook, set up alert me notifications and export data out of SharePoint to other applications.

Section 8: Permissions
