Master Your Beliefs, Attitude and Emotions – Mind Hack
In order to be successful in sales, you have to master your attitude, beliefs and emotions. Hack your mind to change some of your disempowering habits.
When to use
You can do a mind hack to change negative thoughts or disempowering habits at any time of the day, for example after you have a bad sales call.
Instructions
To master your attitude, beliefs and emotions you also need to do a Mind Hack. Over years and years and years you have developed some habits. Some of those habits are empowering and some are not empowering. In order to change those habits that are disempowering you have to hack your mind.
You can hack your mind using some of these strategies:
- NLP – Neuro Linguistic Programming
- It is a way to get into your brain and your subconscious to change how you feel and behave.
- There are NLP practitioners and coaches that can help you change your mind.
- You can do the following exercise to hack your mind if you feel frustrated, sad or disappointed as a result of a bad sales call or experience:
- RECALL a time when you felt happy, a positive feeling.
- VISUALIZE that happy time. What did you see? What did you hear? Put yourself back in that position.
- AFFIRMATION (WITH INTENSE EMOTION) – Affirm your emotions with positive language. Things like, “I’ve got this!” Language is huge in hacking your brain. If you talk negative, it will make you start to feel negative. Always use positive language to hack your mind.
