Add a Net Promoter Score Question
Add a Net Promoter Score Question to the survey.
When to use
A Net Promoter Score question is a preset question that asks responders how likely they are to recommend the product or service to a friend or colleague. This is useful feedback when trying to gauge how much customers like the product or service.
Instructions
Add a Net Promoter Score Question
- Click Add New.
- Click the drop-down arrow to reveal more options and select Net Promoter Score.
Net Promoter Score questions are automatically added to the question field. The question is always 'How likely are you to recommend to a friend or colleague'. We can modify this if required to make it more specific to our company/product.
Responders can select from 0 to 10 as their answer with 0 representing 'Not at all likely' and 10 representing 'Extremely likely'.
We can modify these labels by clicking in the field and over-typing.
Preview the Form
- Click the Preview button to preview the form.
- 00:04 The final type of question that we can add into our survey is a Net Promoter Score.
- 00:10 Now, on the face of it, you might not know what that means, but
- 00:13 I can almost guarantee that you have encountered it many times before
- 00:17 particularly if you do a lot of online shopping.
- 00:21 It's that question that you always get at the end of surveys that asks
- 00:25 you how likely are you to recommend our website to a friend or colleague.
- 00:31 That is a net promoter score question.
- 00:34 So let's add one into our survey.
- 00:37 So we're going to scroll all the way down to the end.
- 00:40 And we're going to click out more options drop down, and
- 00:43 we're going to choose Net Promoter Score.
- 00:45 Now you can see here it's already input the question for us.
- 00:49 Now I'm going to make this a little bit more specific to our candle company by
- 00:54 modifying this question very slightly.
- 00:57 How likely are you to recommend Happy Flame to a friend or colleague?
- 01:02 And of course, they can select from 0 to 10, with 0 being not at all likely, or
- 01:06 10 being extremely likely.
- 01:08 Now, of course, these are editable fields.
- 01:11 So if you want to have something else in here, like not at all, and very likely,
- 01:16 something like that, then you can do that.
- 01:18 I'm pretty happy with how these are, so I'm going to leave them.
- 01:22 If we click the three dots, we have the option to add a subtitle and branching.
- 01:27 But that is pretty much it, let's click away.
- 01:30 That's what it looks like.
- 01:32 If we preview the form and scroll all the way down,
- 01:35 there's our Net Promoter Score question.
- 01:38 Somebody can come in here and say, yes,
- 01:40 they are extremely likely to recommend Happy Flame to a friend or colleague.
