Create Quiz Questions
Create a multiple choice quiz question.
When to use
We create quiz questions when we want to test someone's knowledge and assign points for correct answers.
Create Quiz Questions
- Click Add new.
- Click Choice.
- Type the question 'What Excel function would we use to add up a list of numbers?'
- Add an image (optional).
- Click in Option 1 and type 'COUNT'.
- Click in Option 2 and type 'AVERAGE'.
- Click Add Option.
- Click in Option 3 and type 'SUM'.
- Click Add Option.
- Click in Option 4 and type 'MAX'.
We now need to specify which one is the correct answer.
- Click the tick next to the correct answer.
Add a Message
We can add a helpful message to each quiz answer to give the responder some context. For example, if they got the question wrong we can give more detail.
- Hover the mouse over any quiz answer and click the speech bubble icon.
- Add a message.
- Repeat this step for all answers.
Assign Points
We can assign points for correct quiz answers.
- Click in the Points field and type '10'.
Preview the Quiz
- Click the Preview button to preview the quiz.
Hints & tips
- If we toggle on Multiple answers, responders need to get all answers correct to achieve the points.
