Quick reference
Priority Levels
Priority helps us to organize the most important tasks ranking them based on urgency. Inside Todoist, many people use the simple 3 core colors to see what they need to focus on and what are smaller, less valuable items to work on.
When to use
- For prioritising your new task list
- For planning ahead and organizing this week's goals
Instructions
- Open Todoist
- Create a New Task
- Add all the task details incl. due dates, projects, title
- Use P3, P2 or P1 to define the priority
- Use P3 as the lowest priority to highlight less important to-dos
- Use P2 as a medium urgency
- And use P1 as the most important activities
- Add to all tasks inside your to-do list
Hints & tips
