Understanding Todoist Karma
Todoist Karma is a way of managing how well you're doing in Todoist.
Seeing how many tasks you've completed in the day and how many tasks have been done week to week can help you grasp progress and helps to gamify your Todoist account.
With Todoist's own reward system, you can improve how well you manage tasks and projects and avoid overdue tasks.
When to use
- To begin to track completed tasks
- To gamify your task list for the day or week
Instructions
- Open Todoist
- Go to Karma (the pie chart icon)
- View your Day Goal
- View you Week Goal
- Hit "Edit Goal"
- Change your Todoist goal per day and per week
- From here you can switch off the karma points
- Choose your days off in Todoist karma
- Set a Todoist Karma vacation - for extended time off
- Go back to "Karma" view
- Hit "About Karma"
- View all the Todoist Karma rewards list
- Use the Exercise to outline what your goals should be
- Go to "Completed Tasks" to see an activity log of completed tasks and edits

- Use Karma as a guideline for your productivity, not a bible
- Set Karma goals that push you without putting pressure on your work
