To learn how to assign members to individual cards. To understand how member assignment can affect user notifications.
Instructions
Adding Members to a Card
To add a member to a card, select the card to open it, then choose Members from the right side of the card. You can search for the member's name or click their avatar. You can also add members to a card by selecting the Edit icon on the front of the card and selecting Change Members from the drop down menu.
Assigned Members and Notifications
Assigning a member to a card will automatically subscribe them to the card. Therefore, they will receive notifications for the following changes:
- All comments made in the card
- Adding and changing due dates in the card
- Upcoming due dates in the card
- Moving and archiving of the card
